1. Place an embargo on the Trust/Document # 10105905 BOOK 521 PAGE 579 Aug 1, 1928 @ 2:52 PM by refusing to file any amendments, proclamations, real estate transactions, etc., to said Trust.

2. To slander the Title of Trust/ Document # 10105905 BOOK 521 PAGE 579 Aug 1, 1928 @ 2:52 PM by making erroneous assumptions like “Document # 10105905 is not a trust document”.

3. Putting in place certain policies that discriminate against any Moorish filing automatically directing all Moorish customers to the fraud department.

4. The refusal to amend the other part of the Trust which is the Titled Deed in the form of the Circle Seven Holy Koran of the Moorish Science Temple of America (Chapter 47-Egypt the Capital of the Dominion of Africa which would constitute full performance of the Trust.

5. The denial to communicate and to give a proper accounting of all funds gathered that is associated with Document # 10105905 BOOK 521 PAGE 579 Aug 1, 1928 @ 2:52 PM since 1928.

6. Willfully ignore the fact that Trust/ Document # 10105905 BOOK 521 PAGE 579 Aug 1, 1928 @ 2:52 PM is also an abstract of title that entitles Moorish Science Temple of America to be included amongst the list of other body politics like Chicago, Berwyn, Cicero, etc.

7. A governmental act that creates a business or defines a corporate franchise; also, the document evidencing this act. 4. The organic law of an organization; loosely, the highest law of any entity. 5. A governing document granting authority or recognition from a parent organization to a subordinate or a constituent organization, such as a local affiliate or chapter, organized under the parent organization’s authority; or the instrument granting such authority or recognition.

B. The Real Estate Dictionary Fourth Edition-Abstract of Title-A compilation of the recorded documents relating to a parcel of land, from which an attorney may give an opinion as to the condition of title. Still in use in some states, but giving way to use of title insurance.

C. The Real Estate Dictionary Fourth Edition-Certificate of Title-In areas where attorneys examine abstracts or chains of title, a written opinion, executed by the examining attorney, stating that title is vested as stated in the abstract.

D. The Real Estate Dictionary Fourth Edition- Torrens Title-A system by which title to land is registered with a registrar of land titles, instead of being recorded.

E. The Real Estate Dictionary Fourth Edition- Trust Instrument- Any writing which creates a trust. May be a will, court order, trust agreement, or similar writing.

Although not as current, the following is none the less still worth pondering.

Rachel Dolezal was in fact more correct in saying she was BLACK

than the main stream Media would have you know!

I for one have absolutely no problem what so ever with any European calling them self BLACK or even African American for that matter.  As for the Et·y·mol·o·gy, of the word BLACK and the origin of the word and the way in which its meaning has changed throughout history, Rachel Dolezal, president of the NAACP chapter in Spokane, Washington who resigned Monday amid allegations of lying about her ethnicity was actually more correct than not, in that the term BLACK actually “etymologically” means PALE.   As with all things, we should make use of this matter as a lesson.  We have never been BLACK, Negro, Colored, Coons or Niggers (although some still do act like monkeys), nor the dual continent BRAND “AFRICAN” American!  We are Moorish American Aboriginal Indigenous to this land. And we come in many shades none of which is BLACK.  Our melanin ranges in shades from very light (as can be seen in the photograph of my Mother above on the right) to the rich and lush darkest of ebony brown.  In color tones we Moors span the entire spectrum of browns, from the brightest copper to the darkest of burnt brass.  But NONE has ever been born ABSENT OF COLOR: “BLACK”, which is the actual modern scientific definition of BLACK.  The media would have us believe that Ms. Dolezal was being deceptive regarding her “RACE”; when in fact, there is only one Race and that is called Human, and among us Humans are many tribes.  What the popular press and media actually expressed poorly was that Ms Dolezal was being deceptive regarding her CLASS BLAND.  Because, in actuality there is also no such thing as a WHITE race either.  The Human Race is the only Race which exists among humans.  The other term “RACE” is a TOTALLY Fabricated European Social Construct designed to have us lose our minds (identity, culture and knowledge of self by stripping us of our Heritage/NATIONALITY and understanding of who we really are, the aboriginal indigenous Americans, MOORS.)  What the media (if more responsible or honest) should be bringing to light is the fact that the development of RACE and Racism as a Social Engineering “POWER CONSTRUCT” Phenomena is at its very base level Psychological Manipulation. An effective form of social influence designed to effect a change in the perception or behavior of others through for the most part deceptive and/or even abusive tactics. By advancing the interests of the manipulator, always at another’s expense, such coercive methods are exploitative, abusive and corrosive in nature, a form of Deviant Psychopathology.

All things have a beginning.

The transmutation of the word “BLACK” from an adjective to a noun and then development of operative classification as an attempt to scientifically identify a so called “Race” did not simply come into being on its own.

This mechanism like many “isms” was specifically designed and developed as a vehicle to support the proliferation of very specific insidious agendas; tweaked and fine tuned as to appear scientific in nature, and in turn employed with the aim of being accepted (as it has been) as logical fact of reality to be vigorously utilized as a key social engineering tool across the vast spectrum of our Global social construct.

WHO INVENTED THE FACKE CONCEPT OF RACE ?

The concept of there being a “Race” (a competition between opponents having a singular goal, defeating the opponent) was initiated as a deceptive device invented and further enhanced and reinforced under the false color of science logic by the following three Europeans:

• François Bernier
• Carl Linnaeus
• Johann Friedrich Blumenbach

• François Bernier (1625 – 22 September 1688) Born at Joué-Etiau in Anjou was a French who proclaimed himself to be a physician, traveller and personal physician of the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb for around 12 years during his stay in India.
• Carl Linnaeus (23 May 1707 – 10 January 1778), was a Swedish botanist physician, and zoologist, who laid the foundations for the modern biological naming scheme of binomial nomenclature which is a formal system of naming species of living things
• Johann Friedrich Blumenbach (11 May 1752 – 22 January 1840) was a German physician, naturalist, physiologist and anthropologist who was said to be one of the first to explore the study of mankind as an aspect of natural history. His teachings in comparative anatomy were applied to the classification of what he called human race’s’ of which he determined there to be five.

These three above named individuals are the original inventors and first developers of the popularly accepted misnomer known as the

“RACE PARADIGM”

This contrived anomaly as a world view underlying the theories and insidious methodology of this so called “scientific” subject has defined within it Four Specific Classification Qualifiers.

The competitors were to be identified/classified by the following Four Elements:

1.) Skin Tone

2.) Facial Features

3.) Hair Texture

4.) Cranial Size.

It is significantly important to grasp, understand and begin to appreciate the significance of these ethnic characteristic classifiers having nothing to do with National Origins nor geographical ancestry of any sort.

It is also key to note that although all of the above four fabricated qualifiers were established and available; since that time the subjects impacted upon most negatively have historically been classified as Negro, Black or Colored (NBC) and other derivations within the U.S. Government Census Bureau’s Department of Records and Vital Statistics and classified as such by a singular paradigm:

Skin Tone.

The importance of knowing ones Nationality lies in understanding that as long as one is identified as having NO Nationality (as is the case in the matter of accepting the BRAND African American, because just as the BRANDS “Black”, “Negro” and colored are not Nationalities, Africa is not a NATION) that individual or people as a group have no legal standing in law (and with that fact should expected to be treated as such).

The Bottom Line:  GIVE THE BRANDS BACK!  Nationalize and BE YOUR SELF!

This morning shortly after 6 a.m. I was awaken by an NPR commentator’s voice stating “N.I.H. – No Human Involved”, the opening line in an expose regarding a string of gruesome murders which took place in South Central Los Angeles in which the victims (as was reported) “BLACK” women, were classified in LAPD’s reports as Non-human with their investigation report log notations “NIH – No Human Involved”.  

The average individual hearing this would naturally be appalled by the statement. But for reasons far more troublesome, a conscious National recognizes that legally one’s humanity or humanness as a qualifier within the category of Homo-Sapiens begins with the nature of ones conduct (as delineated in Black’s Law Dictionary Vol. 4 and further illustrated within The Oxford Dictionary of English Etymology).   And thus, the “N.I.H.” entries (as disgusting as they may be) may simply be telling of the cognizant nature in which the acronym was utilized. An individual or group who acquiesces (by either conduct or non-objection) to a Brand and/or STATUS relegated upon them by another should expect no less than the treatment imposed.

I know how disturbing that statement may be, but facts often are.

NPR’s (April 22, 2015) report that “A New York judge who granted two chimpanzees a writ of habeas corpus, effectively recognizing them as legal persons” spoke volumes in support of the above assertion that those who misidentify themselves as chimpanzees (“Niggers”) or other misnomers i.e. Negro, Black, Colored or any other BRAND e.g. “African-American” which inaccurately proclaims their status [IN LAW] should expect no more respectful treatment. Law is specific and precise, never arbitrary in nature. The New York SUPREME Court’s ruling granting the chimps’ Writs of Habeas Corpus not only cast a bright light on that instrument’s effectiveness, its precedence should set into motion in the minds of those heretofore less illuminated a greater appreciation of subtle dynamics at play within the afflictions effecting the condition of those who by their own want, desire or ignorance choose their conditions, status and fate.   When a ruling such as this and by course the actions and activities required to bring it about so clearly demonstrates the power of STAUS; how can one not recognize and be desirous of effectuating similar or even greater entitlements and remedies?

How can one not understand that Human Rights bestowed upon these two chimpanzees, to be recognized as Persons (not Humans) holds its greater significance in the fact that Human Rights trumps  Civil Rights, as so successfully exercised in this case. It was not marching angry protestors shouting “Chimp Lives Matter” that elevated their status, it was proper Civil Procedure.

The point here being that the greater masses’ refusal to even utilize operative Civil Procedures effectively to garner respect as Persons, how can they with “any logic”expect to be treated Humanly? Which ties this illustration back to the initial LAPD matter. This was not a suit of the LAPD descriptor “NIH. – No Human Involved” being lawfully mis-descriptive (as repugnant as it may be.) It was an unchallenged common practice exercised consistently with impunity. Over the span of time in which the ten reported murders took place and the demeaning official denied the Humanity of the woman, did any investigator, cop or journalist with access to the reports ever object to the abhorrent designator?  (Please, take due care in noting these appalling customary practices took place for far more many years than these particular investigations took place.)

The significance and relevance within the above rhetorical observation reveals itself in the similarities of how many “house Negros” and “field Negros” alike refuse to comprehend or adequately articulate the critical importance of effecting meaningful remedies instead of expending valuable energies expressing their emotions concerning the symptoms of their affliction.  It matters not how boastful, eloquent or even articulate one’s Afrocentric redirect may be, if in mind you’re still on the plantation, you should expect no better treatment than any other mentally enslaved Negro, in the house or in the field.    

Not till such time that our various copper colored Americans comprehend the monumental consequences inherent within the nature of ones STATUS will they find resolve, resolution or cure. With a clear respect for the specificity of Law, how in any logical manner could one rightfully argue that an individual who proclaims themselves as being a “Black Minority” member of society (“Black” meaning powerless and “Minority” denoting having only the capacity in Law of that of a “minor”) expect to be viewed and/or treated as anything greater than a powerless child?  Or for that matter, in Lawful Civil terms and procedures, consider that their prideful proclamations of Blackness be legally interpreted as anything other than what it is, Civiliter Mortuus, “dead in the eyes of the Law”. 

Equity is metaphysical!

Human Rights (apposed to Civil Rights) have been decreed as worthy of respect world-wide because the Human Sprit is our Indisputable Divine Nature bestowed by our creator. And with this being the only point in fact which truly matters, why would anyone understanding these facts wish to argue any lesser issue(s). 

Therefore, the reasonable person should appreciate the previously established fact that; Human Rights can only be argued on behalf of or by Humans. Civil Rights being argued by representatives of Chimpanzees or on behalf of self proclaimed “Niggers” will never address the crux of our social ills nor bring Divine Equity to our Human Condition. 

The Nazarene who lived under similar circumstances of Roman occupation clearly defined the nature of our problem when as was reported said: “My People Suffer From A Lack of Knowledge”.  And in this new era, with STATUS being the most censorious element of one’s standing is Law, our Divinely Inspired Prophet’s ammunition (“consideration that can be used to support one’s case in debate”) also remains just as valuable today as upon the day first stated:  “If you do nothing else, Nationalize”.
